How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Due to COVID-19, all orders may have a delay of 2-3 weeks than normal dispatch. We are working around the clock to prepare and send orders.Your safety is much more important than any products Please stay safe and keep checking our site for more information.  Your package will mostly arrive between 10-20 working days depends on your geographic location and availability of stock.

What currency am I paying in?

The currency will default back to US Dollars at checkout from your local currency.
And Cyberounkcollection is not responsible for currency conversion charges from your credit card company. If you are in a different country you will most likely see a different charge on your credit card than what you saw when you checked out.

Orders & Returns

Can I get customized items?

Currently cyberpunkcollection does not accept customize orders. We will update the status once we could offer this service.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you’d like to cancel or change your order, then we’ll do everything we can to make that happen. Please send an email titled “Return/Change + Your Order number”. Our warehouse works quickly to process orders, and If an order has been packed or shipped, then we will not be able to cancel or change your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You could  place a order without register cyberpunkcollection account. But you will be requested to leave your email and contact phone number and delivery address for parcel delivery. And we strongly recommend you creat a account for future order tracking.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

How Can I Return a Product?

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/ exchange.

To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at [email protected].

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at [email protected].We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/ exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Please note – Only a partial refund is given on ‘Custom’ posters.
